Goobie and I made Oreo Cupcakes today. We made oreo cookies from scratch, then crushed them up and folded them into cream cheese vanilla icing, and dark chocolate cake batter.
They turned out really well, I’m happy. Took me hours to do it and powdered sugar was everywhere by the time I was done, but it was fun.
