My hair stops responding to different products like shampoos and controls after a few containers. Right now I’m using Nexxus shampoo & conditioner (not sure what it’s called, they have two different names and are the heavy moisturizing versions), and small amounts of Pink Lotion to moisturize and brown gel to hold while it’s wet. Who knows what I’ll be using next week, but my plan is to try out DevaCurl the next time I need to transition.

Aveda Be Curly is an excellent line, I was super sad when my hair stopped responding to it. I would try that first, and stick with it if you like it, if your hair is happy with one thing all the time.
