What do you think you’d do if you found out your daughters smoked marijuana? As teenagers (like 16/17) of course.
It depends on them - how mature and everything they are. Some people can’t handle drugs of any sort, and need to stay away from them. I would much rather they waited until later, 18 at least, but you know. If they already were. *shrugs*
Assuming I’ve already talked to them about weed, I’d rehash that. Moderation, other methods rather than smoking, the risks and dangers. As long as they used it in a recreational sense (namely, not that often)and their grades/life didn’t suffer because of it, I wouldn’t be super uptight about it. I started smoking when I was 15, I’m big on pro-legalization. I’m not going to sit there and get high with them, but I’d much rather them smoke weed than drink underage.

I am a single mom, I have been for a long time. My breakup was very very gradual so it wasn’t very hard on me. It was long overdue, you know? I was much more concerned about the effect it would have on my girls, but so far so good. And good luck! It’s hard, but totally rewarding.
I know you probably get this a lot, but you have beautiful children. They’re among the most adorable children I’ve ever seen. You’re lucky to have them, and they’re lucky to have a mother as wonderful as you are :)

Hi. I’m confused. I saw on your Tumblr that you say you created Why Their Hot but I thought that was Jungle Justine’s website?
Nope, it’s mine. I thought of it, I created it. Then I asked Justine if she wanted to help me write it, since I wasn’t sure if I’d enable submissions and I knew I didn’t want to do it alone. And she’s lustful, like me. Now, I run it, Justine writes posts sometimes, and it’s lovely.
I don’t see why that’s confusing. Justine has never claimed to own the site, only to write for it, she wouldn’t take credit for something that wasn’t hers. Not saying that’s what you were implying either of us were doing, just saying, in general.
I think the folks at formspring caught on to the fact that Tumblr was making up all of their business. I like the .me setup much better than the .com - you can still ask anonymously, or you can create an account. :)

I don’t really know how to answer that. There are black guys up there, there are just very few. Even fewer Asian guys and Indian guys, probably around the same amount of Latino boys. I honestly don’t pay attention to those things when it comes to that blog. The lack of diversity has been mentioned before though.
As for my personal preferences, yes, I do prefer white guys, I always have. I like them because I normally feel like I could whoop their asses if it came down to it. No, I’m kidding! KIDDING! But, yes I like black guys too. Lock me in a room with Maxwell or Morris Chestnut (with a waxed chest, even though I like chest hair, I just don’t like HIS chest hair) or Barack Obama (minus Michelle and political scandal) or T.I. or Chris Brown (yea, I said it) or WILL DEMPS OHMYGOD (does he count, he’s 1/2 Asian so maybe not) or a whole multitude of other black men and see what happens. I like all guys. Men are too delicious for me not to appreciate all of them in their various forms.

No, I haven’t really talked about it before. I’m not a freelancer, I mean I don’t make a living writing freelance: I do it sparingly, I never go looking for work.Opportunities came to me, via people that read my immoralmatriarch.com blog. Most of my work is parenting related, and the rest is sex. Most of the latter is written under pseudonyms, in an effort to keep them non-google-able. :) I have friends that are real freelancers and they send me queries and things like that if they run across something they think I might be interested in and suggest me to their editors and bosses.
Is it wrong for me to feel like I need a break from my high school friends? Sometimes I want to go to college just so I can meet some new faces and make new friends. I love my high school friends but I feel horrible when I’m not sure if I love them anymore like I used to love them — and sometimes I just want some kind of respite.
I’m not friends with any of my high school peers anymore. I outgrew them. So, if that’s what’s happening to you, don’t stress it. Besides, you’ll have the rest of your life to make friends. Who says you need to hold onto these? BUT - if you love them, love them. Don’t abandon them completely. It’s possible to branch out while still having them around. :)
